Registration / Reservation
The total amount of the courses is requested upon registration to validate the reservation. By registering, you acknowledge having been informed and accept our general conditions of sale. If the customer does not comply with the above formalities, the reservation will be considered as canceled and Adrenaline ski school Verbier reserves the right to use the reserved places. The course price does not include: ski pass, equipment rental, insurance, accommodation.
Insurances
Check if you have cancellation/accident insurance or take it out when purchasing your ski pass from Téléverbier. This insurance offers you reimbursement of emergency costs, ski pass, equipment rental, and lessons, in the event of an accident or closure of ski lifts. Not purchasing this insurance is your decision. Adrenaline ski and snowboard school in Verbier declines all responsibility in the event of an accident during teaching or mountain races. People participating in lessons provided by Adrenaline are not covered by the ski school's insurance. Each client must insure themselves against the risks inherent in this type of sporting activity. Skiing is a risky activity.
Cancellation
Any reservation can be canceled or modified free of charge no later than 7 days before the start of the course (additional administration fees). For any modification or cancellation during the week preceding the course, but a maximum of 48 hours before the course, the customer must pay 50% of the amount due. For any modification or cancellation within 48 hours preceding the course, the customer must pay 100% of the amount due.
Refund
Lessons take place in all weathers. Weather conditions are in no way a cause for cancellation or postponement. Interruption in the operation of ski lifts does not justify a reduction or damages. Adrenaline ski and snowboard school cannot be held responsible and will not issue any refunds. Any service not used by the customer, for whatever reason, cannot give rise to a refund. Under no circumstances can Adrenaline be held responsible due to circumstances of force majeure, fortuitous event or acts of third parties.
Group lessons
The appointment is set ¼ hour before the start of ski or snowboard lessons. Customers who are not present within 15 minutes of the start of the course and are therefore unable to participate in the lesson will not be refunded. In order not to delay the departure of the group, please notify us in the event of delay or absence. Adrenaline reserves the right to cancel any group course in the event of an insufficient number of participants, or will offer to pay a supplement. The minimum required to open a group course is 2 participants. We draw your attention to the fact that photos and videos may be taken during classes and posted on social networks.
Private lessons
The customer must arrive on the specified day at the times mentioned on the reservation document. In the event of a delay, the private lesson will nevertheless end at the scheduled time, the end of the course will not be postponed. Without hearing from you, your instructor will wait for you 30 minutes from the start time of your class. If you are still not there after this deadline, the service will be due. For private daily lessons, it is customary for the client to cover the meal costs of their ski or snowboard instructor.
Photos / Videos
We draw your attention to the fact that photos and videos may be taken during classes and distributed on social networks, brochures, websites or any other advertising media. In the event of refusal, the Customer will inform the ski school by any written means; the latter then refrains from using said images and removes the images, if applicable, used when possible.
Adrenaline International Ski School is insured at RC for an amount of 10 CHF.
The legal forum in the event of a dispute is the Entremont court, Valais.
