Finally, winter has arrived and the Snow Gods are well and truly smiling on us!
So much so that the Adrenaline team dusted off their powder skis today and
went for a cheeky off piste session as part of the penultimate day of ‘Formation’ week.
Formation or ‘training’ week is an annual event for Adrenaline Ski School,
which takes place at the beginning of each winter.
It is a fantastic opportunity for us to come together as a team before the madness
begins and the season commences.
Under the watchful eye of team trainer Nico ‘Yo Yo’, we share ideas on fresh new teaching techniques
and fine-tune our skiing. The pistes could not be in better condition for the time of year and although
the sun has been shining, the temperatures have stayed low, preserving the snow.
As a consequence, the mountain is virtually unrecognisable when compared
to the rocky bareness of this time last year! As for the town of Verbier,
she is certainly looking at her best right now.
Covered in a blanket of snow, there is a peaceful
yet industrious atmosphere in town as businesses prepare for the festive season.
At Adrenaline we cannot wait to get underway!
We could not have hoped for a better start to the season, the snow is piling up,
the pistes are open and we are ready to go!
Long may it continue… Looking for ski lessons this winter?
Whether you are a total beginner or seasoned pro there is an Adrenaline instructor for you!
What are you waiting for?
