Ski instructor – with Adrenaline since 2005
Skiing or snowboarding?
Skiing, definitely! I started skiing at the age of six on a small hill in my hometown in Germany. There was no ski lift, so we walked up every time… but it was so much fun!
What led you to become an instructor?
After joining the local ski club, I quickly knew I wanted to teach. Skiing has always made me happy, and sharing that joy with others has become a true calling.
Why with Adrenaline?
Since 2005, Adrenaline has been much more than a school for me—it's a big family. The atmosphere is warm, the team passionate, and the energy contagious. It's a place where I truly feel at home.
What do you like most about your job?
The encounters! I love teaching people from all over the world. Every student is different, every lesson is unique. It's a constant exchange: they progress on skis, and I learn about their cultures and their lives.
Why Verbier?
Because Verbier is a magical place. The mountains are magnificent, the terrain varied, and the atmosphere always vibrant. It's the perfect balance between adventure, nature, and conviviality.
Which piste or off-piste terrain do you love to ski down?
I love long descents where you can alternate between rhythm, technique, and contemplation. In Verbier, there's always a new line to discover!
And in the summer, where are you and what are you doing?
In the summer, I often go back to Germany or stay in Switzerland to enjoy nature, recharge my batteries and spend time with my loved ones.
What are your passions, and have you pursued any of them competitively?
My main passion remains skiing, but also everything related to the mountains. As a child, I was part of a ski club, and this experience taught me discipline, patience, and teamwork.
