Any booking will benefit from a 100% refund guarantee in case you or your trip is affected by COVID-19 on presentation of proof.
This will be applicable to any bookings made that need to be canceled due to the following COVID-19 issues:
– You are prevented from traveling due to government-imposed travel restrictions in your country or in Switzerland.
– You or a member of your family are sick with COVID-19 and unable to travel. In this circumstance, a medical certificate will be required.
– If the ski resort has to close due to COVID-19
– A deduction of CHF 20.00 will be charged for administration and processing fees

– In our offices, we welcome only one person at a time. A hydroalcoholic solution is made available, social distances are required and indicated on the ground.

In case of non-compliance with the terms of sale, Adrenaline ski and snowboard school Verbier reserves the right to allocate places on the course to other participants.
The price of the course does not include ski passes, rental equipment, insurance, accommodation.
It is customary for clients to pay for the instructor’s lunch on full-day private ski and snowboard lessons Verbier.
Make sure you have adequate insurance cover or subscribe while you buy your ski pass at Téléverbier. This insurance offers a refund on ski passes, ski, and snowboard lessons, and equipment rental in case of illness, accident, or lifts closure.
Adrenaline ski and snowboard school in Verbier disclaims any responsibility in case of an accident during instruction or mountain guides activities. The persons participating to the courses offered by Adrenaline Verbier are not covered by the ski school insurance. Each customer must insure himself against the risks inherent in this type of sport.
Skiing is a high-risk activity.
Adrenaline International ski school Verbier is insured in public liability insurance for an amount of 10’000’000 CHF.
For any cancellation within 48 hours of the lesson, Adrenaline ski school Verbier shall be entitled to retain the agreed price.
Adrenaline snowsport school may be notified of a possible cancellation by post, email, or telephone at least 15 days prior to the lessons. In this case, the overall amount shall be reimbursed, excluding a handling fee and credit card charges incurred by the customer.
For any cancellation provided within 15 days prior to the course, Adrenaline ski and snowboard school Verbier reserves the right to retain 50% of the amount paid.
A ski course, private tuition, group lesson may not be cancelled or refund due to the injury or sickness of a particular ski instructor. In such a case, Adrenaline ski school Verbier Switzerland undertakes to provide a replacement.
While purchasing your ski pass, opportunity is given to you to take out an insurance to cover accidents or ski lifts closure. Not taking out this police insurance is your choice.
Difficulties or delays affecting the ski lifts shall not provide an entitlement to a reduction of the course price.
Therefore Adrenaline ski and snowboard school Verbier cannot be liable and will not proceed to any refund.
The customer shall not be reimbursed for any unutilized service.
Moreover, Adrenaline ski school does not assume any responsibility for situations caused by force majeure or third parties.
A ski class or group lesson shall last for a period of 5 days. During the high season (public holidays), for kids’ ski lessons it is not possible to book an individual day or half-day except for the afternoons “à la carte” and only if not modifying the dates.
Children are required to assemble 15 minutes prior to the ski or snowboard class. If the participant does not appear within the following 15 minutes and is unable to participate in the lesson, for this reason, this shall be his fault. The customer shall not be reimbursed due to his missing the course.
Adrenaline ski school reserves the right to cancel any group lesson that has an insufficient number of participants. The minimum required for ski and snowboard adults and kids group lessons is 2 participants.
We draw your attention to the fact that photos and videos can be taken during the course and posted on social networks.
Private lessons ski, snowboard, telemark, cross country skiing, snow shoes downhill and torch lit descent. The participant must appear at the started time at the previously agreed location. Adrenaline’s instructors are asked to wait for 30 minutes. If the client has not called Adrenaline ski school office or the instructor, the teacher is entitled to leave and the customer shall be liable for full payment.
The court of Entremont, Wallis, shall have competence in case of any legal disputes.
