The arrival of winter in Verbier
Finally, winter is here and the Snow Gods seem to be smiling down on us with all their splendor!
So much that the Adrenaline team took out his off-piste skis today for an impromptu session, part of the penultimate day of the week of training.
The week of training, or "training", is an annual event forAdrenaline Ski School, taking place at the start of each winter. This is a fantastic opportunity for us to come together as a team before the season starts and start teaching.
Under the careful guidance of the head coach Damien, we exchange ideas on new teaching techniques and refine our skiing. The slopes could not be in better conditions for this time of year and despite the sun, temperatures remained low, preserving the snow.
As a result, the mountain is virtually unrecognizable compared to the rocky bareness of last year at this time! As for the city of Verbier, it is certainly at its peak at the moment. Covered in a layer of snow, it has an atmosphere that is both peaceful and active as businesses prepare for the festive season.
